Low speed centrifuge:

Low speed centrifuge refers to a centrifuge with a speed less than 10000 rpm, which can be widely used in clinical medicine, biochemistry, immunology, blood stations, and other fields. It is a conventional instrument used for centrifugation and sedimentation in the laboratory.

Low speed centrifuge separation technology is a new technology developed based on the state of particles in a practical centrifugal situation.

Particles of different densities, sizes, or shapes settle in centrifugation at different speeds, resulting in a mixture that is generally spherical and non-uniform, and can be separated by centrifugation. A desktop low-speed centrifuge is designed to further study biochemistry and separate large amounts of substances.

For example, collecting cells, separating plasma, separating DNA and protein molecules from these pre purified preparations, and isolating viruses, as well as large-scale Escherichia coli, strict cell components, nuclear protein particles, etc.

The high-speed centrifuge is a conventional laboratory centrifuge widely used in scientific research, education, and production departments such as biology, chemistry, and medicine. It is suitable for rapid separation and synthesis of trace samples.

High speed centrifuge:

According to its working principle, a high-speed centrifuge utilizes the powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the centrifuge rotor to accelerate the settling speed of particles in the liquid, separate substances with different settling coefficients and buoyancy densities in the sample, and thus recover the required solid or liquid.

That is to say, high-speed centrifuges can separate solid-liquid mixtures with smaller specific gravity differences.

Extract the required components from the liquid mixture, and according to the density of each substance, after high-speed rotation, the denser liquid settles on the bottom layer, while the denser liquid floats on top. This layer the liquid and extract the pure substance I need. It is applied in many fields such as medicine and chemical engineering.
