1. Tap water quality: high impurities in tap water will shorten the service life of pretreatment components and lead to substandard water quality after treatment. It may even clog the pipeline, resulting in the need for higher water pressure to work. Generally, it requires solid solution content of tap water ( Telephone and Data Systems) Less than 200 mg / L.
2. Service life of pretreatment components: precision filter core, activated carbon filter core and reverse osmosis membrane are all materials with relative service life. The precision filter and activated carbon filter have protective effect on reverse osmosis membrane. If they fail, the load of RO membrane will increase and the life will be shortened. Due to the different quality of products, RO membrane is expensive, so in actual use should be based on the water quality of the local reasonable collocation.
3. Water pressure: General ultra-pure water system pretreatment need to use high-pressure pump to maintain a certain water pressure (≥ 0.lMpa) to maintain normal work, when the pressure of high-pressure pump insufficient will lead to water production decline.
4. Improper maintenance of ultra-pure water equipment: Ultra-clean water equipment generally have automatic backwash function, when its setting is not reasonable or fault and artificial maintenance is not appropriate will also affect the normal work of ultra-clear water equipment, resulting in purification efficiency and water quality decline.
? How to fix:
The substandard water quality is mainly caused by the following five points:
1, concentration polarization. Solution: mainly to increase the concentration of water reflux, speed up the film tube flow rate
2, broken wire. Solution: We need to find the broken wire and repair or replace the ultrafiltration membrane with epoxy resin.
3, secondary pollution. Solution: We need to improve effluent aftertreatment.
4, raw water quality deterioration. Solution: we need to improve the pretreatment to make it meet the ultrafiltration water requirements
5, the filter precision selection is wrong. Solution: We need to replace the appropriate filter accuracy of the membrane
